Streetwires Group leaders

 

Jethro MareCharles Sezario
 Jethro has worked within Streetwires for 4 years. He began as shop assistant in our shop at the Cape Town Tourism Centre near Greenmarket Square. He's been the 911 team leader since last year. He has made wire art for 6 years and his favourite products are geckos of all sizes !  Charles have made wire art for a long time but he began to work within Streetwires in 2005. He specialises as a shaper. He has been the group leader of the 15-member strong Yizo Yizo team since this year 2008.
Christopher SandifoloVuyokazi Didi 
Chris has been a wire artist since he was 20 years old. He began work for Streetwires in the beginning in 2000. After he had been the group leader of Smackdown for some time, he worked with the sample team, then rejoined the studio. Wire is everything in his life and his favourite products are master pieces.Vuyokazi became group leader this year, and is the only woman leading a group! She has been a beader since she arrived at Streetwires in 2005.
Joel GhimbwambaLuckson Tinago
Joel has worked in Streetwires since the birth of the company. Before becoming group leader in 2004, he was shaper. He assigns work from the job cards according to the special talents of each team member. His personal talent & passion is in making radios.In his mother country Zimbabwe, Luckson worked as a welder until he came to Cape Town in 2005. Luckson began learning wire art when he arrived at Streetwires. Now, he is group leader of the new 'special art-piece' team. He can make anything big or small!
